When you choose a lender do you make the decision strictly based on the

Market Guide is a service I subscribe to that offers daily advice on the decision
to lock or float my client's loan terms. This service has been incredibly valuable
for my clients with an excellent track record in calling the direction of rates in
the short-term.

Reviewing your loan terms on an annual basis is a wise decision. Life happens,
meaning the right terms for you in the past may not be the right terms for you
going forward because of life events.

I will review the terms of your loan with you annually. You may not need to
change anything, which is great! If you want to see how a change would impact
you financially, I can utilize my equity repositioning analysis to illustrate for you
the impact  a change would make.

After your loan closes, I will help you manage your mortgage. I will send you a
monthly RateWatch Report  which shows you how your loan compares to what
is available in the current mortgage market.

Finally, I will send You Magazine to you via e-mail on a monthly basis. This
electronic magazine provides interesting articles about your mortgage, family,
finances, kitchen, success, home, and body.
